CRM Consultant

As part of Oaktons new financial year growth plan, our CRM Consulting Practice is seeking a Consultant who holds a passion to partner with clients and deliver solutions that truly delight.

Your success in this area has come from your broad cross functional understanding of Front Office technology and CRM business processes and your ability to understand your clients requirements and articulate and share your ideas both verbally and in writing to business sponsors and technical resources.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate experience in large, full life cycle CRM implementations, ideally in public sector, case management or sales automation organisations. You will also bring a strong ability to conduct detailed customer requirements analysis and design workshops as well as implementation and development activities, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM or other Enterprise CRM Applications.
