Sydney Water has taken out this year’s Innovation award for IT Service Management, for its Service Activation project, conducted in association with Oakton.
Sydney Water engaged Oakton to deliver upon the vision to resolve the challenges in converting project delivery into operational production. The IT Services Management (ITSM) team developed ‘Service Activation’ where the aim is to ensure that capability exists to support new IT assets before they are commissioned.
