With a strong track record of successful program and project management across both Oracle and Microsoft, Frank focuses on enhancing delivery assurance and outcomes, to deliver improved ROI on client projects.

His extensive business and systems experience in accounting and financial management drives his solid and pragmatic approach to both strategic and operation projects.

He is experienced in defining and implementing package applications and has been responsible for the detailed planning, design and delivery of significant programs of work in both Oracle and Microsoft applications within the public and private sector in Australia, Japan, Thailand and Hong Kong.
