He is experienced in defining and implementing package applications and has been responsible for the detailed planning, design and delivery of significant programs of work in both Oracle and Microsoft applications within the public and private sector in Australia, Japan, Thailand and Hong Kong.

Previous experience

Frank has more than 20 years in the IT industry in a range of roles including service line manager, delivery assurance, business development and senior consulting.
