A highly experienced business manager and IT professional, Dennis is a strong advocate of the benefits of global sourcing and working with global delivery models. His experience enables clients to choose and implement the right-shore model, enabling competitive pricing in a differentiated manner without compromising quality of service.

His experience in optimising global delivery solutions has delivered significant bottom-line improvements to clients. Australian-based services such as local client management, project management and senior consultant resources, increase process transparency which, combined with offshore services, can be delivered at significantly lower cost.

Dennis is a seasoned professional with experience in a range of management, project management, senior consulting and business development roles across Australia and India. He has a strong focus on delivering business value through utilising a well-managed applied IT framework.

As Vice President and Director of Operations for Oakton’s GTSC-India location, Dennis is responsible for the statutory requirements and operations of Oakton’s offshore facility in Hyderabad India, which currently employs over 150 people.

Previous experience

Before joining Oakton, Dennis had various roles at Primed Online, Elcom Technology, Praxa and Coles Myer, where his key responsibilities included management, business development, account management, project management and development management.
