A specialist in strategic sourcing arrangements and large, complex commercial arrangements, Nicholas brings outstanding strategic planning and change management skills to achieve enterprise transformation, improved product development and value-adding systems integration.

He excels in projects where he can work within organisations where change is occurring and align information systems with redesigned business processes and structures, to maximise bottom-line outcomes and enterprise-wide business improvement.

Taking a key role to assist clients successfully progress their market testing projects, Nicholas’ broad strategic perspective, drawn from personal experience in representing both service providers and purchasers, allows him to provide pragmatic advice on business transition projects, defining services, processes and service levels.

He has led many complex business improvement projects from cost modelling and vendor negotiation to contract resolution on a variety of politically and technically complex service delivery assignments.

Previous experience

For over 20 years, Nicholas has demonstrated his expertise in a range of information technology and corporate management roles in local, national and international environments. Nicholas has held senior management positions with Tier 1 commercial and federal government agencies.
