As a result of the current financial crisis and reduced levels of Federal Government demand, the October 2008 to December 2008 trading period has been below expectations.
Sydney Water has won the Innovation award for IT Service Management for its Service Activation project, conducted in association with Oakton. The award recognises the most novel project or service developed over the past twelve months that demonstrates both financial and non-financial benefits.
