P3M3™ – Oakton and Tanner James announce strategic partnership

Tanner James and Oakton have formed a strategic partnership to assist Federal Government Agencies in responding to the Department of Finance and Deregulation’s P3M3™ (Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Maturity Model) mandates.

Having introduced PRINCE2® and MSP® to Australia, as well as a long history in Federal Government, the partnership positions both organisations as the leading supplier of P3M3™, PRINCE2® and MSP® services.

Oakton and Tanner James are P3M3™ Accredited Consulting Organisations and have assisted Agencies in piloting and evaluating P3M3™ (2009). Following the Department of Finance and Deregulation’s endorsement of P3M3™, and advice to FMA Agencies (November 2009), Oakton and Tanner James have begun P3M3™ Assessments and Capability Improvement Planning for a number of Federal Government Agencies.
