Michael Miers | Company Secretary

Michael was appointed Company Secretary in March 2003. Joining Oakton in 2001 he was the Group’s Chief Financial Officer until June 2008. As a member of the senior executive he provides key support to the governance and strategic direction of the Company.

Prior to joining Oakton Michael was Head of Finance & Planning at Bank of Melbourne. Michael has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry, holding senior fi nance roles in the retail banking, merchant banking and stockbroking sectors.
