Mark Fretz | General Manager Victoria

Mark joined Oakton in January 2010 and was appointed to the position of General Manager Victoria. His primary focus is to continue the development and growth of business consulting and IT services across Victoria.

Mark has an extensive background in Consulting, Systems Integration, Programme Management and Solution Delivery. He also has extensive offshore experience. Prior to joining Oakton, Mark was an Associate Partner - Solution Area Lead, Enterprise Integration (EI) and Portal & Content Management (PCM) Delivery at IBM.

Prior to IBM Mark held various positions in organisations including REUTERS, LogicLine Group Ltd and CrossWorlds Software Inc.
