Continuous professional development
We host regular internal seminars on leading edge concepts and applications of management techniques and technology within the industry – presented by industry leaders and internal experts. We also offer participation at appropriate external seminars, workshops and conferences.
On the job training
Participation in new projects provides a wealth of on-the-job professional and personal development. We provide employees with the opportunity to work across a range of industries in a variety of business application-based projects to ensure that individuals can access the most appropriate method of learning for them.
Specialised programs
We run a range of specialised programs within Oakton called “The Oakton Way”. These include our Graduate Development Program, Leadership Program and variety of consulting and management programs to develop the skills required as a professional consultant.
Technology training
Our comprehensive induction program provides new employees with a range of methods, frameworks, systems and procedures.
Our HR team ensures that the learning never stops, by continually focusing on improving the way knowledge and information is transferred within the organisation.
